Nationwide Children's Hospital Worthington Clinic in Columbus, OH is seeking a licensed clinical social worker to join the interdisciplinary care team. The role involves providing developmentally appropriate psychosocial assessments and therapies to patients and families as part of a coordinated care plan.
The position requires MSW, Ohio licensure, and at least two years of clinical social work experience. On-call requirements include one weekend day per month, with at least one in-person clinic
At minimum, one day a week, at Close to Home Worthington Clinic location (55 Dillmont Drive, Columbus, OH) location. Work on-call at minimum once a month for one day of the weekend (which could fall on a holiday depending on the rotation)
Provides developmentally appropriate, outcome-focused diagnostic and therapeutic service to patients and families in accordance with the scope of practice as defined in Chapter 4757 of the Ohio Revised Code, Section 4757.01 et seq. Practices professional social work and promotes advocacy in accordance with the NASW Code of Ethics for Social Work and maintains a current Ohio Social Work license.
