Job summary

Emerson Health in Concord, MA is seeking a Clinical Social Worker to provide direct and indirect social work services to patients and families. The role reports to the Social Work Supervisor and supports care planning, discharge planning, and psychosocial assessments.

Per diem, day shift, 8:00am-4:30pm. Requires MSW, hospital experience, LCSW, LICSW preferred; strong communication, medical terminology, confidentiality, teamwork.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work from an accredited school of social work.
• Hospital experience required.
