Social Worker (MSW), Behavioral Health

Location: 1500 W. Holland Avenue White Hall, AR 71602

Shift: PRN | Rotating Weekends & Holidays | 8a-4:30p

Overview: Join Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital as a Social Worker (MSW) to provide compassionate care that helps patients and families navigate social, emotional, economic, and environmental challenges.

How You'll Contribute

• Interview and assess patients, families, caregivers, and legal representatives.
• Determine, prioritize, and facilitate internal and external services and interventions.
• Participate in case reviews to evaluate case management progress and consult with the healthcare team to monitor treatment plans.
• Assist with discharge planning, identifying resources such as transportation, housing, health and social services, and providing referrals.
• Supervise and train new staff, students, and interns.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work required.
• Active Board-Certified Social Worker license in Arkansas (CSW, LPCA, LCSW).
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications within 30 days of hire.
