Clarion Psychiatric Center is recruiting a Social Worker to provide clinical social work services in line with NASW guidelines and the center's philosophy.

You will perform psychosocial assessments, conduct individual, group, and family therapy, participate on the treatment team, lead the development of the master treatment plan, set realistic goals, and coordinate discharge and continuing care plans with other agencies.

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree in Social Work required or equivalent.
• LCSW or LSW preferred.
• At least one year of inpatient hospitalization experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Actively participate on the treatment team.

Responsibilities

Clarion Psychiatric Center is currently recruiting for a Social Worker. The Social Worker provides clinical social work services in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Clarion Psychiatric Center and the NASW. The Social Worker is responsible for psychosocial assessments of the patient’s mental health; individual, group, and family therapy; active participation on the treatment team; lead role in the development of the master treatment plan; developing realistic and measurable short and long term goals; and assumes responsibility for coordinating with other agencies involved with the patient the discharge and continuing care plans.
