Job summary

Universal Health Services in the Atlanta area is seeking Social Workers/Therapists to provide therapeutic services, interview and build psychological histories, and assess the needs of patients and their families during the stay. The role includes developing treatment objectives and updating plans as needed.

You will conduct family sessions before discharge, advocate for patients, and coordinate discharge planning with outside agencies as part of a multidisciplinary team to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience required.
• GA license (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LPC) preferred.
