Supportive Care is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our behavioral health team in Massachusetts. The role offers the freedom to create your own schedule while providing comprehensive care to patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and memory care communities.

The selected LICSW will manage caseloads, handle billing and credentialing, and coordinate with insurers to obtain authorizations and ensure efficient administrative workflows.
