Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc. invites experienced LMSWs to join the Rockaway PROS program in Far Rockaway, NY. Under Clinical Director, you will provide direct social work services, assessments, crisis intervention and group work within an integrated care model.
You will collaborate with a treatment team, maintain documentation and advance recovery goals for adults, improving access to community resources across multiple sites in the five boroughs.

Personalized Recovery Oriented Services is a mental health recovery and rehabilitation program that helps adults pursue and maintain meaningful life goals. Through group and individual work, participants learn skills to negotiate challenges in work, living, learning or social environments.
The Agency has embraced the concept of a fully integrated system of care for all consumers of service. This requires that staff assess the client’s needs holistically and see it as their responsibility to connect the client with services needed both internal and external to the Agency, regardless of the door through which the Consumer enters the system.
Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) has responsibility for direct service to clients in the PROS program. All services are to be delivered in a professional and ethical manner, consistent with best practice tenets. The Licensed Social Worker will function as part of a treatment team, maintain mandated levels of service, participate in Agency meetings as required and fully comply with Agency policies and procedures. The Licensed Social Worker will conduct assessments, clinical intervention, classes and groups, provide crisis services, engage families and significant others in participants’ recovery process, promote wellness and inspire hope, assist participants with exploration of barriers to and goals of recovery.
The Licensed Social Worker adheres to all standards of contract compliance, audit readiness, Agency policies and procedures and all other regulatory requirements. Work as a member of a team to help ensure the overall integrity and welfare of the Agency.
