Supportive Care is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our behavioral health team serving skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care communities. You will focus on caseload setup, billing, credentialing, insurance, and authorizations while maintaining your own schedule for a healthy work/life balance.

We value experienced clinicians who can navigate administrative workflows and deliver compassionate care in a supportive telework-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• Experience with administrative workflow is a plus.
