Qualifications

Responsibilities

SALARY RANGE (2026–2027):

• Master’s Degree (MA): $55,109 – $93,144
• 6th Year / Advanced Certification: $58,332 – $96,509
• Doctorate (Ph.D.): $60,480 – $98,742

(Salary placement is determined by experience and step level according to the PEA Collective Bargaining Agreement. Under Article 9, Section A.4(b), Social Workers with a Master\u2019s degree requiring 50+ credits are placed on the 6th-Year degree track.)

• Connect students and families with school-based resources and community agencies.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and student records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
