Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and assist families in understanding medical situations.
• Coordinate healthcare programs among patients, families and healthcare teams.
• Demonstrate knowledge of human behavior and development.
• Respond to suspected abuse/neglect per NASW Ethics and state laws; develop care plans.
• Maintain professionalism and participate in care conferences and rounding.
