The Pediatric Social Worker will utilize clinical skills to forge meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Position involves a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to biopsychosocial assessments, short-term counseling, risk assessment and treatment planning, crisis interventions, outreach/referrals to community providers, and other case management services. This role must work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team.
