The Louisiana Office of Juvenile Justice (OJJ) is driven by a powerful mission: protecting our communities while empowering youth to build healthier, more successful futures. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker 7 to lead advanced clinical services for youth in custody.
In this senior-level role, you will provide expert therapeutic interventions, guide and supervise clinical staff, and shape treatment strategies that promote healing, rehabilitation, and successful reintegration. Your leadership will directly influence the quality of care delivered to youth and strengthen the agency’s clinical practice.

Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plus:
A master's degree in social work followed by five years of social services experience.
