Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care setting. The Social Worker will be responsible for assessing patients’ psychosocial needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing therapeutic support while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with clinical standards. This role also includes coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, facilitating discharge planning, connecting patients with community resources, and contributing to overall care management and unit operations.

Job Title: Social Worker

Location: Seattle, WA 98122

Local Pay: $45-$47 (Hourly)

Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Days (08:00 AM – 04:30 PM)
