Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Location: Brooklyn, NY (On-Site at Senior Centers)

Schedule: Full-Time (35 Hours/Week) | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We’re seeking licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC) to deliver compassionate, high-impact therapy to adults aged 60 and older facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, and social isolation. This is a unique opportunity to empower seniors to speak openly, build community, and improve their emotional well being.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual and group therapy in a collaborative, supportive setting
• Lead engaging sessions that encourage seniors to share and connect
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation (strong computer skills needed)
• Participate in weekly team meetings, clinical supervision, and CEU-accredited trainings

• Strong interpersonal skills: patient, energetic, and empathetic

• Background in nonprofit or community mental health settings
• Fully on-site role at senior centers throughout Brooklyn
