Job summary

Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to support residents and families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote residents' rights and well-being. LSW or CSW licensure is required, and previous long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents' psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs.
• Complete Social History and Psychosocial assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to advocate residents' rights.
• Prevent and address resident abuse per law and licensure.
• Build and maintain rapport with residents and peers.
• Work independently or as part of a group.
• Demonstrate computer knowledge.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Director of Social Services and Administrator.
