Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW preferred)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in an educational or clinical setting
• Strong understanding of child development, mental health, trauma‑informed care, and crisis intervention
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, administrators, and behavior specialists
