Cynet Health is seeking an LMSW-credentialed Social Worker for a 13-week assignment in Alexandria, LA. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Description:Typical Census: 180-230 patients including women and children.

Number of Case Managers currently: 6 total.

1 Case Manager weekend option, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 7 AM to 7 PM.

4-5 Case Managers Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Patient Ratios are 1:40 on weekdays.

Type of equipment includes laptops and cell phones.

EMR used includes MediTech and Midas.

Candidates should have experience with interviewing patients and families face-to-face.

MDRs are conducted on each unit daily.

InterQual reviews are performed on every patient, along with observation reviews, discharge planning evaluations.

The ideal candidate should be personable and able to get along with anyone.

Floating throughout the entire facility may occur, including different departments.

Dress code requires Caribbean Blue scrubs and a white jacket.

Candidates are expected to comply with hospital guidelines and policies.

Rotating weekends are required, specifically Saturday and Sunday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

No call is required.
