Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field; five years of experience.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to maintain a safe driving history as defined by policy.
• This position may be subject to a fingerprint background check.
• Master’s Degree in social work and three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Social Worker staff and assign cases; maintain workload balance.
• Provide on-the-job training and arrange staff participation in trainings.
• Develop and monitor program objectives; provide input on planning and budgets.
• Act as liaison between agency staff and state program staff; coordinate with community partners.
• Ensure policies, rules and procedures are followed; implement changes when needed.
• Complete monthly timecards and manage a small unit budget.
