The Children’s Law Center in Brooklyn/ Bronx offices seeks a Social Work Supervisor to lead specialized practices, supervise scheduling, and collaborate with trial, clinical, and writing teams. The role requires advocacy, supervision, and reporting for grants and programs.
The position is hybrid, with in-person presence three days per week, and opportunities for professional growth. Candidates should have a social work license and relevant experience in family/juvenile law.
The Children’s Law Center (CLC) is a non‑profit legal services organization that represents children in custody, visitation, guardianship, paternity, family offense, and related child protective (abuse or neglect) proceedings in the Family Courts and the Integrated Domestic Violence Parts of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, and in appeals therefrom. CLC represents approximately 5,000 children annually in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island, providing holistic and zealous representation and support in the Court, the community and the legislature. CLC’s mission is to empower our clients, prevent trauma and promote wellbeing.
Under the leadership of the Director of Social Work, the Social Work Supervisor will develop and provide support around specialized best practices; collaborate with other teams including trial, clinical and writing team staff; assist the director in scheduling and supervision; represent the organization in public; and provide reports to and support development initiatives.
This is a management position which currently requires the individual’s physical presence three days per week and additional time as required by Court or for meetings.

The expected salary range for this position ranges from $91,500 – $120,636.28 (step calculation plus $15k) annually.
