Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on video production and editing experience.
• Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, natural light, run-and-gun setups.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and hooks for social content.
• Basic motion graphics in After Effects or Illustrator.
• Foundational firearms knowledge for shooting in firearms spaces.
• Ability to work with tight budgets and quick turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video for product launches and social campaigns.
• Create video content for GrabAGun and PEW Logistics client brands.
• Serve as a dedicated creative resource for fractional marketing clients.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success teams on onboarding.
• Capture product demos, events, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Produce content end-to-end from concept to publish.
• Develop platform-native content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X.
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
