Job summary

SwimOutlet.com is seeking a hands-on content creator to own our organic social presence end to end. You will shoot, edit, and produce social and paid social creative, publish content, and repurpose existing assets for maximum impact.

You’ll manage our ambassador roster, develop UGC, and collaborate with internal teams to scale performance across channels. You will lead creative testing, performance analysis, and stay on top of trends in swim and adjacent sports.

Qualifications

• Own organic social for a consumer brand end to end.
• Shoot, edit, and produce social/paid social creative on location.
• Manage ambassador/influencer program with measurable ROI.
• Run community management and engagement across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own SwimOutlet's organic social across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Publish, schedule, and repurpose content for paid/social.
• Lead ideation, testing, and performance analysis (CTR, CPM, hold rate, engagement).
• Direct UGC through ambassador network and creator roster.
• Collaborate with CM0 on paid content pipeline and brand moments.
