Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Services is required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.

• Provide emotional support, counseling, and guidance to residents and families.
