AVIR at Sweetwater invites qualified professionals to lead our Social Services team as Director. This role focuses on addressing emotional needs of residents and families, guiding care planning, and building a compassionate culture within the facility.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Social Worker with geriatrics experience, a valid driver's license, and licensure. Prior nursing home experience is preferred, with a commitment to collaboration, resident admissions, and referral processes

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Social Worker.
• Two years of experience working in geriatrics.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Licensure required.
• Previous experience with Nursing Homes preferred.

Responsibilities
