West Park is seeking a Social Services Director to join our caregiving team in Philadelphia. This is a full-time leadership role focused on coordinating social services within our nursing facility, contributing to care plans, and supporting residents and families.

• Maintain accurate records and report on clients' status

Shift Hours:

Primarily Monday - Friday 9Am - 5PM with flexibility for events to run into early evening and some weekens
