Qualifications

Working under the supervision of a Licensed Master of Social Worker (LMSW) in hospice, the Social Services Coordinator collaborates with the hospice team to improve the quality of life for patients receiving end-of-life care. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, team members, investors, and external parties.
