Atlas Post Acute is seeking a Part-time Social Services Assistant in Pueblo, CO. You will support the social services director to address residents' psychosocial needs, helping to ensure compassionate, person-centered care in a post-acute setting.

Successful candidates:

• Experience with social services preferred

Rate: $22-$26/hour
