Job summary

Tradition Senior Living, LP seeks a PRN Social Programs Assistant to support the Social Program Director by preparing, setting up, and cleaning up after activities, recruiting participants, and promoting resident engagement.

You will help maintain participation records, communicate with residents and families, and assist with monthly newsletters, using iPhone/Android devices and Microsoft Office tools to aid planning and execution.

Qualifications

• At least one year of event planning, hospitality or senior living experience or equivalent experience and education.
• Knowledge of local community resources and vendors.
• Energetic demeanor with caring attitude.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining a balanced social program calendar.
• Set up and clean up after programs; recruit participants.
• Maintain resident participation and interest records.
• Promote positive resident and guest relations and communications.
