01 - The work

We are looking for a social producer who treats vertical video and editorial-series content with the same craft we bring to film and audio. You will own the studio's social retainers - strategy, production, weekly batch creation, and monthly client readouts.

Much of the work is recutting long-form into native short-form, but with real editorial judgment about hook, structure, and where the form falls down. The rest is original native production. You will not be retrofitting brand videos with captions.

This is a senior individual-contributor role. You'll work with the editorial team, the film team, and the audio team to source material and pitch original ideas.
