Job summary

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to enhance our online presence through video storytelling and engaging posts. You will capture real‑time moments and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align with our mission.

The role requires at least 3 years in social media and content creation, proficiency in written, graphic, photo and video content, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media and content creation.
Proficiency in producing written, graphic, photo and video content.
Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Bachelor’s degree in digital design, business, marketing, engineering, computer science or related field.
Preferred: MBA, Healthcare Management, Public Health or Product Development.

Responsibilities

Create compelling written content, graphics, photos and videos using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Develop and maintain storytelling content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels.
Collaborate with marketing, clinical, research and public relations teams to ensure all content aligns with brand voice and key messages.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to refine strategy and increase engagement.
Produce video content that captures the essence of CHLA’s mission and resonates emotionally with audiences.
