Job summary

Golden State, based at Chase Center in San Francisco, CA, seeks a Coordinator, Social Media Editor to craft engaging social-first edits and distribute content across major platforms. You will capture, edit, and share content for a year-long calendar of venue initiatives and onsite events, reporting to the Manager, Venue Social Media.

You’ll work with the Marketing team to deliver high-quality videos using DSLR and Adobe Creative Suite, while staying ahead of trends and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of content creation experience for social media.
• Proficient with DSLR filming.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and mobile editing apps.
• Knowledge of current social platforms and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Film high-quality, engaging short-form videos optimized for social media during events.
• Shoot and edit content using professional gear and Adobe Premiere Pro/Photoshop or mobile apps.
• Support Social Media team in tentpole brainstorming and distribution plans across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube.
• Contribute to always-on social media strategy, tapping into trends and brand relevance.
• Create social content for corporate partners within deadlines and approvals.
• Stay informed on evolving social media tools and provide recommendations to enhance the team’s digital presence.
