Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years managing brand social media accounts.
• Experience conceptualizing, filming, and editing short-form video content.
• Experience with cameras and filming equipment.
• Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Research industry trends and develop social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit video content for social media and other purposes.
• Optimize content strategy with data-driven insights to maximize engagement and reach.
• Create and manage content calendars for organic and paid campaigns.
• Engage with online communities and manage internal production studio operations.
• Oversee shoot scheduling/logistics and maintain studio equipment.
• Respond to urgent operational needs during on-call periods and take appropriate action.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
