This role drives brand awareness, strengthens community engagement, supports marketing initiatives, and fosters meaningful audience interaction through compelling storytelling and data-informed strategy.

The ideal candidate is both a creative content producer and a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of digital trends, and uses analytics to continuously improve performance.

  • Develop, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content featuring staff, providers, patients (when appropriate), and community events.

  • Maintain a consistent brand identity, tone, and visual style across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with organizational goals, campaigns, and key initiatives.
  • Create content that feels distinct, on-brand, and culturally relevant — not generic.
  • A content engine that runs smoothly, with a healthy pipeline of ideas and assets.
  • Use knowledge of social media algorithms and performance signals to optimize content strategy, posting cadence, and audience growth.
Community Management
  • Monitor social media channels daily and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster meaningful engagement and build relationships with patients, community members, and industry partners.
  • Identify opportunities to grow audiences and strengthen online community engagement.
Campaign Management & Analytics
  • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns that support marketing, recruitment, community outreach, and organizational initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
  • Evaluate key performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the organization's social presence current and competitive.
Collaboration & Brand Management
  • Partner with marketing, public relations, leadership, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Coordinate with vendors, influencers, community partners, and external agencies as needed.
  • Ensure all content complies with organizational branding standards, privacy requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing social media crisis communication strategies, and respond appropriately to reputation management issues.
Core Competencies
  • Strong creative storytelling, writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and the factors that influence content reach, engagement, and distribution.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying current with social media trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Professional in handling confidential information and representing the organization online.
General Responsibilities
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Support broader marketing and communications initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrate dependable attendance, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Report equipment or technology issues affecting content production or workflow.
  • Provide exceptional service when interacting with patients, employees, vendors, and community partners.
