Job summary

Embrace Pet Insurance in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Social Media Specialist to support organic channels and influencer programs. You will plan, publish, engage, and track performance to grow brand awareness and customer acquisition.

You will work with the Brand Media & Content Manager to execute social-first strategies while maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone across platforms.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts or influencer campaigns.
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and related tools.
  • Strong written communication and storytelling with a brand voice.

You will work closely with the Brand Media & Content Manager to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition through social-first strategies.**Key Responsibilities:****Organic Social Media Management*** Plan, schedule, and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).* Monitor daily performance, engagement, and audience growth across channels.* Manage community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.* Conduct regular competitive and trend analysis to identify opportunities for content innovation.* Maintain a social content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, seasonal moments, and educational pet content* Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to develop engaging, on-brand content.
