Job summary

Bleacher Report, a Warner Bros. Discovery company, seeks a talented Social Media Programmer to join the B/R Betting team. You’ll produce daily content across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube and the Bleacher Report App, shaping voice and strategy.

You will identify content, curate material, stay current with trends, and work with a national team to amplify content across platforms, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years experience in digital media, social media or content curation.
• Strong understanding of the B/R Betting brand.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging social platforms.
• Strong content identification skills; ability to pick what matters to the audience during a busy window.
• Able to write clean copy and proofread.
• Passion for pop culture, sports, sports betting and digital media.
• Ability to work in a team with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Able to handle last‑minute or quick‑turnaround deadlines.
• Being comfortable in front of the camera is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create (edit/package) content to program on our social/app channels with a keen awareness of B/R Betting’s voice.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement original and curation content strategies.
• Curate content from our Direct Messages on Instagram, TikTok and X (Twitter).
• Monitor X, TikTok and other social aggregation tools daily.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
• Work closely with the national programming team to identify content for B/R’s national handles.
