Qualifications

• Professional experience in social media, video creation and/or related digital marketing.
• Proven ability to create original, engaging content via mobile devices and DSLR cameras.
• Proficiency with video editing programs (Premiere Pro, Audition) and apps (Premiere Rush).
• Experience capturing content live in the field with a production-forward approach.
• Visual scripting, storytelling, and on-location interview experience.
• Self-managing ability to capture, edit and post content in real-time.
• Able to work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision.
• Clear POV and direction on concepts and creative.
• Affinity for the Disney Brand.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and gain new skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a nimble, creative, and collaborative team.
• Partner with PR/Media/Internal Communications to align priorities.
• Create content from capture to posting within tight production timelines.
• Brainstorm and recommend social strategies and campaigns.
• Execute social content via mobile or portable tech, coordinating with video teams.
• Build relationships with Disney partners to foster trust.
• Review analytics and advise on future campaigns.
• Stay current on social trends to inform content strategies.
• Research industry events and community relevance for promotion.
• Keep internal and external audiences in mind for engagement.
