Free People is seeking a Social Media Intern to join the Summer Internship Program at URBN's Home Office in Philadelphia. You will support the Free People Collection social media team, assist with creator selection, content creation, account management, and growth strategies across major platforms.

This paid internship runs 6/7–8/13 and includes events, exposure to senior leadership, and potential interview for a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Marketing, Communications or Business major preferred.
• Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the day-to-day posting and account management process across all major social platforms.
• Assist with content creation for TikTok and Instagram Reels to support all product categories.
• Help with creator sourcing for UGC content.
• Participate in creating content for Free People social channels.
• Assist with growing engagement and followers across all social channels.
