Job summary

Delicious Digital Marketing in Austin, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to support our agency across multiple brands. You will assist with social media management, content planning, and reporting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role offers hands-on experience in both B2C and B2B marketing, exposure to AI tools for analytics, and opportunities to contribute to campaigns from planning to execution while developing strong digital marketing skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and scheduling platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, reporting tools, etc.) is a plus
• Strong written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media management across multiple brands
• Schedule and publish content across platforms
• Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner
• Support content planning and scheduling
• Help organize and schedule content for Muy’Ono Resorts and DDM clients
• Assist with B2B content for Muy’Ono and Delicious Digital Marketing
• Contribute to marketing reporting and analytics
• Input KPIs and performance data into reporting templates
• Assist in generating reports using AI tools and dashboards
• Provide general marketing support
• Help with content organization, campaign execution, and ad hoc projects
• Support the team with additional social media or marketing initiatives as needed
