Job summary

L’Oréal USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Social Media for YSL Beauty US in New York. This role drives social-first content creation, trend-driven storytelling, and proactive community management to elevate YSL’s presence across platforms.

You will translate beauty aesthetics into native TikTok/Instagram content, manage real-time US moments, and collaborate with DMI for US-led cultural moments. A strong makeup artistry passion and platform fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience managing social channels and creating social-first content in beauty, fashion, luxury or lifestyle.
• Expert mobile-video shooting and rapid editing to deliver native content.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and comment-section dynamics for viral moments.
• Strong love for makeup artistry and professional MUA community.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, Film/Media, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own social-first content production, scripting, filming and editing for US audiences.
• Lead daily community management to foster a distinct YSL Beauty culture.
• Support MUA and creator community strategy with logistics and activations.
• Manage the US social calendar and coordinate with DMI and leadership.
• Monitor analytics and identify viral opportunities for campaigns.
