Dig Inn is seeking a Social Media Manager to own how we show up across social platforms, bringing our food, people, restaurants, and personality to life. You’ll spend time in our restaurants, work with chefs and operators, and collaborate with our creative team.
The role is hands-on, with a focus on storytelling, content creation, and building relationships with creators and communities to expand reach and relevance.
At Dig Inn, there’s always a story worth sharing. A new protein hitting the market line. A chef doing something really special in the kitchen. A regular who knows their BYO bowl order by heart. A cultural moment we just have to jump into.
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to find those moments and make them unmistakably Dig Inn. You’ll own how we show up across social platforms–bringing our food, people, restaurants, and personality to life in ways that feel fresh, relevant, and genuinely worth stopping the scroll for. Because for us, social isn’t just about showing what’s on the plate, it’s about telling the stories of the people, places, and ingredients that got it there.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to be where the stories are. You’ll spend time in our restaurants, work alongside our chefs and operators, partner closely with our creative team, and keep a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in food, culture, and the internet.
If you’re equal parts creator, storyteller, and community builder, and believe food has the power to bring people together, we’d love to meet you.
In addition to competitive compensation and comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, we offer:
Since 2011, Dig Inn has been serving scratch‑cooked, seasonal food inspired by the farmers and ingredients we know best. Today, we operate more than 30 restaurants across the Northeast, bringing chef‑driven food and genuine hospitality to everyday dining.
We're passionate about creating food that's rooted in the seasons, made with care and served by people who love what they do. Just as importantly, we're building a brand that people want to be part of—one that celebrates great ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, exceptional hospitality and the simple joy of sharing a meal.
