MOCO Boutique is growing, and we’re looking for acreative, organized, and trend-savvy Social Media Managerto join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, understands the fast-moving world of social media, and thrives in a collaborative environment where creativity and execution matter equally.

MOCO is known for launching30–40 new arrivals daily, engaging with an incredible community of customers across the country, and building a brand that feels personal, positive, and fun. Our social presence is a huge part of that connection, and we’re looking for someone who can help us continue to grow it.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others as needed
• Create engaging posts, captions, and stories that align with the MOCO brand voice
• Work closely with our marketing, merchandising, and live sales teams to highlight new arrivals and promotions
• Monitor trends, sounds, and platform updates to keep MOCO content fresh and relevant
• Engage with our community through comments, messages, and interactions
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to maximize reach and engagement
• Assist with planning campaigns, launches, and promotional content
• Coordinate with graphic designers, models, and photographers when needed
