As part of our Internship Program, you’ll work alongside social strategists and account teams to support both brand and executive social programs. You’ll gain experience with the tools, workflows, and processes behind agency social media programs while learning how social strategy connects to broader client and business objectives.

  • Monitor contracted creator content, track when deliverables go live and gather publicly available performance information to support reporting.
Non-Negotiables
  • You crave candid feedback. You embrace it as a powerful tool for growth.
  • You're a self‑starter. You take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and look for opportunities to contribute.
  • You're analytical. You're curious about what drives social media performance and enjoy using data to uncover insights.
  • You're a collaborative thinker. You enjoy brainstorming, sharing ideas, and working with others to bring creative concepts to life.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working across multiple assignments and teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, apply feedback, and build your social media expertise.

Candidates for this internship must be eligible for full-time employment upon completion of the program. Students who will remain enrolled in a full-time academic program in the semester immediately following the internship (e.g., college sophomores or juniors continuing their undergraduate education) are not eligible to apply.
