Job summary

Excel Sports Management is seeking a Spring 2027 Social Media Graphic Design Intern in New York, NY. You will support the Social Media team with content design for client coverage, gain industry insights, and learn the end-to-end design workflow for social posts, while developing trend-aware

Qualifications

• Must be available to work under 30 hours per week.
• Must report to the New York Office approximately 3 days per week.
• Must have completed junior year of undergrad OR be enrolled in graduate school.
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Social Media team with designing content for client coverage across Excel social divisions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required.
• Provide a creative portfolio for review.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and consistency.
• Learn the CARE framework (consistency, authenticity, relevance, engagement).
• Learn the design process for content published as stories and posts.
• Develop skills to identify social media design trends and opportunities.
• Develop skills to design social media graphics.
• Collaborate with the Excel team for industry insights and learning.
• Occasionally support projects outside Social Media/Communications to gain exposure to other divisions.
