Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Create and maintain social media pages across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Update and manage content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Schedule and push out content according to the editorial calendar.

Website And Online Presence Management:

  • Keep website content current, including regular updates to pages, blogs, and news sections.
  • Manage online directory listings to ensure accurate and consistent information across platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers, including website developers, CRM solution providers, and digital marketing agencies.
  • Coordinate updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting for digital platforms.

CRM And Data Management:

  • Ensure the CRM is up to date with relevant information for marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze data from digital platforms to inform strategy and improvements.

Operational Support:

  • Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support for digital operations as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing digital platforms and coordinating with vendors.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).

Skills And Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
