Job summary

Plastic Surgery Practice & ASC is seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator and receptionist to join our team in Newport Beach. You will create content for multiple platforms, edit videos and posts, and maintain a strong online presence aligned with our brand.

You will also handle comments, track trends, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent tone. The receptionist duties include answering calls and scheduling appointments for patients.

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with all major social media platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, photo editing software, and video editing software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Medical aesthetic SM sites, competitor analysis and content creation to make the practice stand out.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Full time Social Media Coordinator and receptionist to join our team! As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be creating content across many different social media platforms, working on existing promotional campaigns, and maintaining a strong online presence. You will be creating and editing videos, posts, reels, YouTube informational films and content. You will also be maintaining the comments section of all posts, ensuring every message published on social media is in tune with our company message, and keeping up to date with the latest social media trends. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating content for a social media platform, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to run a successful social media campaign. The receptionist portion of your position involves answering phone calls and making appointments for potential and follow up patients.
