Mia Aesthetics is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to elevate our brand across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. You’ll create original content, manage postings, engage followers, and help grow our nationwide presence with a creative, data-driven approach.

You will capture metrics, prepare monthly reports, and ensure the brand voice remains consistent across all platforms while collaborating with a dynamic team to attract more customers and cultivate brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong writing skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Pay Range: $45,000

The Social Media Coordinator to capture original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. You’ll work in a dynamic, creative, and collaborative environment and help lead the company’s growing brand and social media presence across various platforms.

• Daily postings on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest, strategically targeting each platform’s unique audience
• Build and nurture customer and follower relations across all social media platforms, continuously working to improve brand engagement
• Capture and analyze important metrics across platforms to share in monthly reports
• Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills through social media stories and feeds
• Ensure the brand’s voice and vision is present in all messaging and content creation

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform well under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Final Cut Pro or Premiere experience
• Strong experience using social media platforms
• Creative eye for creating captivating content in alignment with our brand
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
