Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring a Social Media Coordinator & Events Team member to craft content online and in real life. You’ll travel between eight bakeries, creating engaging posts, videos, and stories while supporting events, markets, and pop-ups with a sales-focused mindset.

Ideal candidates are social media savvy, comfortable on camera, and energetic, ready to drive traffic and celebrate cake moments across locations.

• Run social media: capture, create, post, and engage daily.

• Film reels, TikToks, stories, and customer moments.
• Represent the brand with energy to help conversions.
• Set up and break down event setups; manage materials.
• Keep content organized, on-brand, and location-wide consistent.

Now Hiring: Social Media Coordinator & Events Team (a.k.a. Content Queen/King + Cake Hype Squad Captain)

Location: Flexible location – you’ll be traveling between all 8 bakeries regularly (Kennesaw, Smyrna, Woodstock, Canton, Gainesville, Dawsonville, Cartersville, Roswell). Contract: Full-time.

Pay: $20/hour for EVENTS ONLY on Saturdays & Sundays; $20/hour for all hours at EVENTS ONLY worked after 8:00 PM on any day; $15/hour Monday–Friday and Work From Home Hours, PLUSSSS event bonuses.

We’re Nothing Bundt Cakes and we’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator & Events Team member to help us spread cake joy both online and in real life. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running our social media like a pro – capturing, creating, posting, and engaging daily
• Traveling between all 8 of our bakeries to shoot fresh, fun, on-brand content (cakes, team, guests, behind-the-scenes magic!)
• Attending events, markets, and pop-ups as our content + sales superstar
• Filming EVERYTHING – think reels, TikToks, stories, customer moments, team culture, and cake glam shots
• Reppin’ the brand at events with BIG energy while also capturing content that converts
• Setting up + breaking down event setups (tables, signage, tents, cake magic)
• Bringing a sales-driven mindset – you’re not just posting content, you’re helping drive traffic and sales
• Keeping content organized, on-brand, and consistent across all locations
• Staying on top of trends and turning them into Bundt-worthy moments

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Social media obsessed (and actually knows how to grow + engage an audience)
• Comfortable being behind the camera and in front of it

• Cool with traveling between all 9 bakeries regularly
• Has reliable transportation (cake waits for no one)
• Okay with being on your feet, moving, lifting event supplies, and getting a little sweaty for the sweet stuff

The Perks:

• $15/hr Monday-Friday
• $20/hr for events on Saturday and Sundays
• $20/hour for all event hours worked after 8:00 PM
• Mileage Reimbursement: If you're assigned to a bakery that is more than 35 miles from your home, you'll be reimbursed for all miles beyond the initial 35 miles.
