Qualifications

• Знание инструментов публикаций и аналитики соцсетей.

Responsibilities

• Публиковать 3–4 поста в день в X и 5 постов в неделю в LinkedIn.
• Вести 4–5 аналитических переходов в неделю на лидерских профилях.
• Соблюдать двухнедельный буфер контента в Metricool и готовить черновики в Notion.
• Разрабатывать копирайт и дизайн к публикациям в Figma/Canva, монтировать видео в CapCut.
• Отвечать на ~100 комментариев в день и следить за трендами в индустрии.

Streamflow is the leading token distribution platform on Solana and beyond, used by thousands of clients. Our company is globally distributed, agile, well-funded, and profitable for months. X is our main brand awareness channel. We're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to take full ownership of our presence across X, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube. The Solana space is saturated and we have five years of reputation to defend. You'll publish daily, keep a two-week content buffer alive, and grow our weekly reach from 130K to 200K+ impressions while turning that attention into app users.

Publish 3-4 posts/day on X 5 posts/week on LinkedIn 4-5 thought leadership posts/week from leadership profiles Build and hold a two-week content buffer in Metricool, with drafts reviewable in Notion before they go live Handle end-to-end production: copy plus visuals in Figma or Canva, video and clipping in CapCut, and original YouTube videos Engage: reply to roughly 100 posts/day across our accounts and other Solana projects, and catch trends the same day they break Plan launches: sequence feature launches and announcements across channels Write brand newsletter content covering launches and announcements, product updates and recaps, and blogs and case studies Report: track platform analytics weekly, name the best and worst performing content, and feed it into the weekly marketing report Grow the channel mix over time and own a standing content bank that survives vacations and sick days

Write brand-native copy, fast, in publishable English - hooks that work on X, not press releases Can plan a content calendar and launch backward from a ship date and hold a two-week buffer Produce a full week of visuals in Figma or Canva without a designer Edit video end to end in CapCut - announcement clips, podcast clips, reels, UGC-style - and produce original YouTube content (demos, walkthroughs, Shorts, speeches) Understand how X and LinkedIn distribution actually works and write for it Take ownership, hit deadlines, and flag slippage before we find it ourselves Are online and responsive during core hours (14:00-17:00 CET), with nothing left overnight without at least an acknowledgment Keep your own tasks and statuses current so nobody has to chase you Bring ideas nobody asked for and keep a content bank stocked ahead of need
