Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group is seeking a Marketing Intern for the Home Office in Indianapolis to support social media across 20+ restaurant brands. The role covers creating photos, videos, and short-form content, visiting locations for real moments, and coordinating across multiple concepts.

This fall 2026–spring 2027 internship offers hands-on marketing exposure and mentorship. Hours up to 30 per week at $15/hr, with in-person work at the downtown office and surrounding CRG locations.

Qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience creating Reels or short-form videos.
• Comfort using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, native apps).
• Reliable transportation for visiting restaurant locations.
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Reels and short-form videos.
• Stories and behind-the-scenes content.
• Visit CRG restaurant locations to capture photos and video.
• Assist with content planning and coordination across multiple concepts.
• Assist with social media collaborations with influencers, partners, and local businesses.
• Help schedule posts using social media management platforms.
• Organize content libraries and maintain brand consistency.
• Stay on top of trends and bring creative ideas.
