Job summary

Gill Auto Group, a growing California automotive group, is seeking a Creative Social Media Administrator to grow our online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You will travel between dealership locations to capture photo and video content, write captions, manage posting schedules, and monitor engagement while ensuring brand consistency.

Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and current trends is required, along with strong written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Experience editing content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, including Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content at dealership locations, events, and community activities.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action.
• Schedule and publish content using social media management platforms
• Assist in developing and maintaining monthly content calendars.
• Interview employees, customers, and community partners for social media features and promotional content.
• Promote dealership events, sales, charitable partnerships, and community involvement initiatives.
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries as directed, and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness.
• Ensure social media content aligns with company branding standards and marketing objectives.
• Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
