Job summary

Club Athletic is seeking a social media lead to run our Instagram and TikTok presence, turning photos and videos into a cohesive, on-brand narrative. You will align with the monthly calendar, write captions, and schedule posts for our main and Chicago accounts, while keeping the tone authentic and engaging.

You will edit short-form video, produce timely stories, engage the community daily, and coordinate asset flow with the content producer and club teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing social for a brand, ideally in fitness, wellness, hospitality or lifestyle.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut. You can turn raw clips into a polished, on-trend reel quickly.
• Sharp, concise writing, and the ability to match an established brand voice
• A native feel for Instagram and TikTok formats, trends and community norms
• Experience with a scheduling tool
• Reliable, organized habits. You don't miss a day.
• Bonus: experience turning social conversations into leads or bookings

Responsibilities

• Publish: write captions and schedule feed posts and reels across our main and Chicago accounts, following the monthly calendar
• Edit short-form video: cut light TikToks and reels from raw footage, including trend formats, quick recaps, text overlays and audio
• Run daily stories: turn raw footage from clubs, coaches and members into timely, on-brand stories
• Manage the community: reply to comments and DMs every day, answer prospect questions, and guide interested people to book a call
• Coordinate: request and organize assets from the content producer, coaches and club teams, and keep the content library tidy
• Report: bring weekly organic performance to our creative performance review, and suggest what to do more or less of
• Contribute ideas: share trends and formats that fit our brand as input to monthly planning
